Imaykin A. K.
The object of research of this article is ground and mine waters of the Kizel Coal Basin. They have been greatly changed due to mines’ closure. The main issue of the article is to justify methods of prediction and to forecast the performance of the hydrodynamic and hydrochemical regime of groundwater and mine water. There is a calculation of remaining pyrite in the exhaust area which is the main source of acidic mine waters in the Kizel Coal Basin. It has been established that there is the trend of decrease in the content of mineral component of these waters for the first 15…20 years after spout of mine water to the surface. Then stabilization of chemical composition of mine water is observed. Forecast of the changes in chemical composition of mine water in this period can be made with the use the logarithmic regression equation.
