The authors consider the approach to the analysis of expert information while studying issues of environmental safety of construction. Expert information is given in the form of the fuzzy binary relation. The task of objects ordering is solved by constructing fuzzy reversible quasiseries which approaches the original fuzzy relation. The basic principles of the development of computer system are considered.
