In the article the results of final-elemental analysis of stress distribution in ground two-layered basis of unsunken banded foundation are given. It is determined that the degree of relations between deformation modules of contacting layers and the capacity of the latter influences type of stress distribution. It is shown that on the layer contact under condition of their perfect adhesion on contact “bounce” of numerical values of all three components of stress is observed. This “bounce” dies out as it removes from the contact. At some values of upper layer thickness the degree of their module deformation relations does not influence type of stress distribution. This value of thickness depends on value of outer loading intensity and length.
