REASONING OF NECESSITY OF ENVIRONMENTAL SAFETY INCREASE OF POPULATED AREAS TERRITORIES

The authors grounded theoretically the necessity of environmental safety increase of construction and municipal economy functioning on the anthropogenically disturbed territories by reclaiming the debris of coal mines and the sludge of aeration stations. This method allows to improve productiveness, sanitary state of soil, quality of surface flow; it is more effective method from the economical point of view in comparison with other famous methods of soil reclaiming.
