The analysis of influence of traffic accidents on traffic operations on highways on the basis of the data of Federal road administration of the USA is carried out. The conducted researches are allowed to describe quantitatively traffic conditions arising under the influence of road accident of average weight and to develop additional quantitative criteria for the feasibility report on design decisions of city highways. |
