The results of the kinetics research of the potential pulses V(t), which are accrued during experiment for destruction of the polycrystalline ferroelectric ceramics (PFC) in mechanical and electrical field, are described. The method of the flicker-noise spectroscopy (FNS) is employed for analysis results. The attempt is made to predict the destruction of the PFC in the electric field based on this method.
