The possible recoupment of increase in capacity of the engineering systems serving office building with surplus heat at the expense of decrease in annual power expenses for maintenance of a microclimate of the building at heat-shielding decrease is described. The cumulative discounted expenses for three variants of warmth-keeping of concrete office building at various heat liberations in it are found.
