The mathematical model of the peripheral trunk of sound transmission to the inner ear was proposed for the protection of the earflap the soundproof earphone. Parameters of the holes in the earpiece chose ensuring the adequacy of the calculation and empirical data. The formula recommended for calculating the efficiency of the subjective performance, adequate audiometric measurements. Used samples of earphones provide sufficient insulation from the earflap and the sound reaches the inner ear through a peripheral way.
