The contingency factors noise levels values at each normalized frequency bands at work places for the construction industry enterprises are defined. The basic groups of increase of workplace noises levels joiner are defined and performance spec to insert hearing protector for each of these groups have been revised. Requirements for the upper range value of exceeding guideline values are established to reliability growth of defense against the intense occupational noise. Use of personal protective equipments for certain industries is interim measure until appropriate technology designed to limit noise.
