Information-analytical supply of the system of perspective placement planning of educational institutions during the reconstruction of urban areas

One of the priority directions of the socioeconomic development of the municipal district (MO) – increased effectiveness of the use of territorial resources, qualitative development, reconstruction and modernization of educational institutions network on the basis of proportional and balanced development of all urban areas, guaranteeing of full population satisfaction in educational institutions and also equal access within MO was considered. Informational and analytical providing of decision support for placement of educational institutions on the basis of geoinformation database and simulated model of perspective planning of placement of educational institutions during reconstruction of the urban areas was developed. The system allows to carry out collection, analysis, storage and further presentation of territorially spatial information on the basis of GIS technologies, CAD and database management system.
