The author considers the issue of functionality machine element increase on the basis of complex mechanical and physic technical surface treatment. In this article the author offers the new perspective method of metal-surface treatment. The method supposes elasto-plastic deformation of friction surface. The author offers also mathematical apparatus which allows to determine the most rational mode of metal-surface treatment.
