The concept of creation of a technique of geoinformation system technologies is developed for environment ecological monitoring at a stage of reconstruction of linearly-extended constructions on an example of the main pipelines. The basic advantages of Gis of technology with reference to reconstruction of linearly-extended constructions are resulted.
