Questions of reliability of hydraulic engineering constructions and it is especial the objects which are taking place in operation long time (50 and more years) have got now a special urgency. It is connected by that new objects of land improvement are not under construction, and old fail after the planned service life. In this connection forecasting and the account of the factor of time in reliability and durability of work of a construction has one of the major values. In conditions of a foothill zone all irrigation canals are covered with concrete clothes. From influence of various factors there is a corrosion of a concrete covering. Definition of term for which there will be an output(exit) of a construction from operation, is the purpose of the present(true) work.
