Influence of external deflecting electrical field on the pyroelectric response of PSN ferroelectric ceramics in the region of phase transition

The lead scandoniobat (PSN) of disordered feroceramic samples to gamma- and gamma-neutron irradiation were investigated. It was shown that short application of bias electric fields at room temperature brings to shifts of the temperature maximum pyrocurrent in area of the high temperature. It was detected that field influence on maximums pyrocurrent have threshold nature. The value threshold field does not depend on concentrations radiation-induced defect.
