In order to increase the accuracy in determining distances by radio-electronic ways and coordinates methods of satellite technologies it is necessary to take into account errors of various factors. One of these factors is delay of speed of electromagnetic waves in the atmosphere. Atmospheric delay includes dry and wet components. The big influence in determining errors in range for a wet component is humidity and its distribution at different heights. In this article is developed the techniques for determining change of water vapor with heights in the atmosphere of Egypt. The deduced formulae are well related to the data received from the Egyptian state meteorological centre from 1990 on 2005 years.
