Dielectric relaxation processes in 0.9NaNbO3-0.1Gd1/3NbO3 ceramics

The character of dielectric aging and accompanying effects, of long-term relaxation of polarization (effects of dielectric temperature memory) of ceramics 0.9NaNbO3-0.1Gd1/3NbO3, in which in a wide interval of temperatures can coexist ferroelectric and antiferroelectric phases were investigated at various. The interpretation of the established features of dielectric behavior of the response was carried out within the framework of the assumption of metastable state occurrence in the field of temperatures T<Tm, where in some part of volume of the sample the nonpolar phase «was frozen» by defects of structure.
