The engineering assessment of external walls moist condition is executed by various methods which showed high-quality results correspondence. Unlike the methods developed by K. F. Fokin and given to SP 50.13330.2012 (National Standard) the engineering assessment moist condition methods for enclosing structures developed by the author based on the moisture potential theory allow to execute the quantitative assessment of a moist condition of construction materials in the wide range of humidity, including area of extra sorption humidification.
