Considered is the design of separate technological processes as elements of the system of organization and management. The author proposes transition to little operating technology that provides the implementation of the primary operation. Forming of multiple serial and parallel organizational and technological construction systems interconnected by a unity of purpose, time and place of action is recommended. Measures are developed that provide general improvement of the use of construction machinery.
