STATE AND PROSPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCTION AND CONSUMPTION OF NONWOVEN HEAT INSULATING CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

UDK: 691.15

Mukhamedzhanova O. G., Ermakov A. S.

The existing range of construction heat insulating materials, their merits and demerits are studied. The merits of nonwoven heat insulating materials delivered to the market of construction materials are pointed. Comparative characteristics of thermally bonded nonwoven fabric properties and mineral fiber materials, which are widely used in construction, are provided. Provided test results for nonwoven heat insulating materials confirm their possession of a low thermal conductivity and hygroscopicity, increased deformation characteristics, as well as ecological performance and hypoallergenicity. Nonwoven heat insulating materials are referred to low-flammable G1 group according to their fire performance.
