Under the conditions of constant wear of a network of highways, and also untimely repair, at deterioration of an indicator of flatness of a covering, road clothes start working under the conditions of dynamic overloads that leads to their accelerated destruction. Dynamic overloads on rough sites make up in average 50—90 % at the admissible — 30 %.
