The article refers to the problems of access for people with limited mobility to the historical center of Moscow. High construction density and complicated engineering lines, security zones of architectural and cultural monuments introduce additional restrictions to environment adaptation. The paper proposes an effective way to solve this problem due to local reconstruction and adaptation of public transport stations.
