The article provides the statistical analysis results of the wind gusts formation quantum laws on the territory of Niamey (Niger) over the last 35 years. The article presents the statistical analysis results of the extreme wind loads evolution on buildings and structures on the territory of Niamey for the period from 1972 to 2009. The article presents the dependence of discrete nature of statistical regularities of the implementation frequency of wind on wind speed. Generalized results of the statistical analysis and received causality formation of the wind loads prove the excitation wind gusts quantum nature in Niamey.
