It is necessary to minimize the damage to the environment and public health when constructing highways as well at the implementation of specific design solutions for traffic management (UDM). In this paper the MAC pollutants are researched in the city of Penza and the authors try to solve the problem of reduction of the harmful effects on the environment and human health through the adoption of best management decisions in the field of traffic management.
