EFFECTIVE GYPSUM COMPOSITES OF NONHYDRATION HARDENING BASED ON TECHNOGENIC AND NATURAL RAW MATERIALS

The work is devoted to the optimization of grain structure of disperse system of nonhydration hardening for receiving effective gypsum composites. The authors carried out computing experiments on the development of the mathematical model of internal structure of the system containing particles of spherical form. After processing the experimental data obtained by computer modeling, the equation describing one of the fundamental characteristics of disperse system — coordination number of elements of topological structure — was received. Regulation of grain composition of raw mixes allows to project products with the certain technical and operational properties.
