The condition of labor protection at small construction enterprises demands improvement. The existing legislative base does not promote enough motivation for heads of small enterprises to observe all requirements of labour protection. At the moment the main industry documents in the sphere of labour protection aren’t standardly legal acts containing state standard requirements of labour protection.
