The aim is to develop a computational algorithm to study the dynamics of complex dissipative systems, the models of which are the weighted directed graph of an autonomous pulse process. The models are associated with the phenomena of energy and information transfer to dissipative system. Optimization problem to determine the weights of the digraph arcs for the determination of system stability conditions is posed. Optimization experiments are conducted on the model with the oriented weighted graph and the values of arc weights corresponding to the stable regime are provided.
