The results of the personnel training in the sphere of investments and construction are presented in the article. Solution of the problem connected with provision of construction industry with qualified personnel is the basic for successful implementation of high technologies in this sphere. Methods of theoretical analysis of documents, questioning, and mathematical processing of received data are used in this article.
