The formation of principles of decision-making support for an assessment of impact of transport on urban environment is considered in the article. The scheme for the formalization of the original quality of the information using fuzzy set theory is represented. Fuzzy logical conclusion is made by Sugeno’s method. Expediency of the proposed procedures at management of environmental safety of the urbanized territories is proved.
