The article describes the method of modeling non-stationary function of seismic load by reducing it to a stationary random vector that. It allows take into account the changes in the amplitude and spectral composition in the process of implementation of the earthquake, remaining within the limits of the correlation approximation. The procedure of assessment of the envelope functions for the vector components is considered, the envelope form suitable for practical use is offered. Representation of a vector in the form of the canonical decomposition significantly simplifies the solution of a stochastic construction vibration task under seismic load.
