Interrelation of distributions of resistance and durability for polycrystalline ferroceramics

The authors use the step loading of samples by the method of axis-symmetric bending. The maximum tensile stresses at the moment of body destruction were assumed as the magnitude of strength, and the time prior to destruction at the direct voltage exposure on a step plate was understood to be the durability. According to the research results carried out on the LZT-19 (Lead zirconate titanate), LZT -22, TBK-3ferro-ceramics, the conclusion was drawn that the step loading enables to acquire simultaneously the timing characteristics for the destruction and the strength distribution.
