Labour protection at small construction enterprises demands improvement. The existing legislative base does not promote enough motivation for the heads of small enterprises to observe all labour protection requirements. The controlling mechanism of labour protection conditions through self-regulated construction organizations must increase the general level of labour protection at small enterprises getting work permit through self-regulated organizations of corresponding branch.
