Modeling laminated ferroelectrics with various thickness of Perovskite-like layers

The dependence of Curie temperature on the number of Perovskite-like layers in laminated ferroelectrics is investigated. The modeling was carried out within the framework of lattice model with the hypothesis, that the nodes of the lattice of Perovskite-like layers and bismuth-oxygen layers, under the relation to each other, play the role of defects of the type “casual temperature of phase transition”. The obtained dependence of relative magnitude of Curie temperature on the number of Perovskite-like layers agrees with experimental data well.
