Long-lived polarization states in ferroelectrics with disproportionate phase

In the present paper we found out two-dimensional long-living states of soliton type in order-disorder type ferroelectrics with incommensurate phase. We showed evolution in time of initial fuse polarization states to such formations depending on different parameters. We also searched influence of ferroelectric parameters on long–living state parameters.
