Software interoperability (software functionality) is the ability of software to perform a set of functions defined in the description of its appearance and satisfy users’ specified or implied needs. If you want to create a single software product for the convenience of the effective management of a construction company, you should think about the convenience of work and the possibilities for the spectrum width. Thus, some construction companies may need one list of program features in a particular industry, but the other companies may need another one. As a result, if you try to please everyone, then either the program will not be extensive with a huge list of non-functional use, or you will have to make a decision module. The latter does not get rid of excess functional and will not allow change the program logic. Therefore we need a solution that will join the Software from all areas of life of a construction company. This solution is the use of cloud technologies. And the author proposes a model of interoperability in order to choose the right software.
