INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY IN VIRTUAL BUILDING ORGANIZATIONS

This article deals with the information space organization at enterprise, describes the stages of creation of virtual building organizations, the reasons for their creation, benefits that help automate the work of experts in the construction industry. Virtual organization is the latest and potentially the most important form of business organization that differs from those that have appeared in recent decades. It is possible to create a new model by the development of technology, the most significant of which is the Internet, and it depends on them. It offers the business community an opportunity to reduce costs, improve flexibility and offer their goods around the world at once. Assets can now be distributed and not concentrated, the importance of physical location now affects the efficiency less. High speed communication allows people work in a team, even if they are separated by thousands of miles. End-users of the goods and services are becoming more available. Virtual organization and the virtual object, which is a previously described as information model can be considered as a starting point for further development of construction processes.
