The issues of evaluation of construction organizations flexibility based on information approach are considered in the article. In this paper the quantitative evaluation methods and information characteristics are pointed out, and also interrelation between pragmatic information and goal function are proved. The information index of flexibility which allows to evaluate objectively and quickly the ability of construction companies to react to changes in the environment is offered.
