QUALITATIVE ANALYSIS OF COMPONENTS OF EMERGENCY SITUATIONS RISK IN CONSTRUCTION OF URBAN AREAS WHEN TAKING INTO ACCOUNT TECHNOLOGICAL SOLUTIONS

The problem of analysis of technological risk in the construction of urban areas is highly relevant in the present. Technological risk is the risk of harm to human health or property due to changes in the current environment (or parameter structures) that occurred due to works on the construction site, or the consequences of such works. The article covers issues of qualitative analysis of technological risk. The list also reveals the actions needed to be taken into account to perform this analysis. Specified components (factors) of technological risk are geological and hydrogeological, structural, situational, technological complexity, the use of inefficient technological solutions. Also the classification of selected factors was developed. Described qualitative analysis of components of technological risk can be considered as specific for the site in choosing competitive options of technological methods.
