The structural transformation of higher education in Russia requires increased demands to the adaptation level of professors. The research was carried out and the methods for diagnostics of professional adaptation level of professors were developed and implemented. The system of trainings aimed at increasing of stress resistance and professional adaptation level of students and professors was also developed and successfully implemented.
