The single economic space of urban agglomeration is guaranteed by the transport and logistic infrastructure. The article considers the city of Moscow as a transit city for the commercial transport lines. The exemption of the city from the heavy-load transport is possible through the development of terminal villages at the Central Ring Motor Road (CRMR), which is being designed now. In addition to that, the author describes the German experience of developing “terminal villages”, which can be used for the solution of transport problems in Moscow region.
