RESEARCH OF NONSTATIONARY DYNAMICAL PROCESSES USING WAVELET ANALYSIS

The authors discuss the advantages of wavelet transformation if compare it with method of the Fourier transform. Time-frequency localization of the earthquake’s digital accelerogram can be decomposed into frequency components. The obtained results allow reproduce the process of seismic impact on the construction with the following calculation of the displacement and deformation of the building structure. The wavelet transformation allows study the signal in all details, make necessary changes and make the invert conversion.
