THE EFFECT OF TEMPERATURE CHANGES ON THE WORK OF PNEUMATIC ENVELOPE FRAGMENTS

Rectangular fragments of pneumatic envelopes are considered. The fragments are made of ETFE foils that possesse physical nonlinear properties. The iterative technique for obtaining stiffness parameters of parts of envelopes is offered. The technique includes determination of starting approximation for the solution. The procedure of taking into account the temperature changes when the envelope is in operation is proposed. The results of numerical modeling of the performance of a pneumatic envelope fragment under different initial and operational temperatures are given.
